A small dinner with a lot of flavor and a lovely chef. If you get lucky Jackie will bring your meal to the table. She cooks the bacon in the only correct way. A bit chewy. The service is good. You may wait for a bit to sit. It's small and gets busy fast. Ideal for couples. Big group not so much. The menu isn't large, but you should be able to find something.

We had an awesome time at Jackie’s cafe! The food was incredible, the Egg Foo Young sandwich had a great flavor and the blueberry French toast was so fluffy and delicious. They seemed to be a bit understaffed, but wasn’t a problem for us, as our food came out promptly. We will return!

My husband and I often visit New Buffalo and this time we decided to try Jackie’s Cafe. What a fantastic decision. I had the curry potato leek soup and coronation chicken sandwich with their homemade pickles and potato salad. I can’t rave enough about the quality of the food. Incredible taste, generous portions sizes. My husband had the blueberry French toast which was positively delicious, tasted like cake almost. Our server was kind and prompt. Jackie’s Cafe will be a new favorite brunch spot whenever I’m in Michigan.

I felt as if i was eating in Jackie’s home. Absolutely amazing food and it was brought to our table the chef herself. You can feel the love she has for cooking as soon as you walk into the restaurant. We had the crepes, and two different versions of the Egg Benedict. After breakfast we headed to the back of the restaurant and got some delicious treats from the bakery. Jackie placed them in a Togo box for us explaining what each treat was. Highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for food made with love. If you want to order the chocolate bag you see on her website you must do it thru catering it is not offered in the bakery. Definitely going to order one for my next birthday!

Fancy chef started this place and you can tell. Many questionable choices made but the execution was flawless. (Chef's influence I'm sure) Oh yeah, they got a to go bakery in the back. Honestly it might be better than the restaurant. Be patient, the waiter was running the bakery counter when we went.

The decorations are basic but artistic. The food was incredible. We had a Coronation Chicken sandwich and seasonal quiche. The homemade pickled veggies had a different flavor than I was expecting but we're so good. I want a big jar! The backdoor bakery also was very good! Service was great.

I’m telling you people right now. This is THE best breakfast joint in the area. The menu might look small, but they go the extra mile with their food. Tried the quiche, eggs with ham and spinach, hash browns (had a surprising cheese or cream cheese center couldn’t tell) and the spinach salad. Best Quiche I’ve had since moving to Michigan. I am now a Chef Jackie fan. The lemon curd butter and jam for the toast was so unexpected, but amazing. Everything tasted excellent. Behind the restaurant they sell baked goods, soups, chicken pot pies, fudge/chocolates, coffee cake and more. All look great. Had just one of their cookies and now it lives rent free in my head
